Cancellation Policy
Participation in these classes is at your own risk. Please be aware that handling sharp tools, hot surfaces and raw ingredients as well as partaking in vigorous dance exercises may pose risks of injury or illness. By attending, you agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being and release Kings Support Group Ltd and all its instructors, employees, contractors and/or agents from any liability for accidents, injuries, or adverse reactions. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform the instructor in advance. In the case of Advocacy and CV writing workshops, Kings Support Group Ltd and all its advocates, tutors, employees, contractors and/or agents do not give legal or financial advice. You therefore agree to release Kings Support Group Ltd and all its advocates, tutors, employees, contractors and/or agents from any liability for actions you take as a result of the service they provide which is intended as guidance only. In all circumstances, this policy provides that the guidance provided to you is done on the basis that you consult a qualified lawyer and/or financial adviser before undertaking the proposed course of action. We require all clients to notify us at least 72 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client and maintain efficient scheduling. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee to cover lost time and resources. Cancellations after this period will incur a cancellation fee of all of the service fee to cover lost revenue in not being able to offer the appointment to another client.
